hellesley
this (read article) is why i hated being at wellesley
don’t be mistaken, i don’t regret having gone there and i appreciated many aspects of my experience at the school, but *my*! how narrow-minded can people get!!!!
1) it’s just a movie. i personally enjoyed seeing my alma mater on screen, and
2) i don’t think it protrays any negative image about the school at all! that’s the way things were back in the day, and to be honest, we still have the Betty and Joan prototypes walking around campus today. c.h.i.l.l.o.u.t.!
[stella's rant #7 of the day. now back to my 4 case studies and 3 projects to be completed before end of business today]

I love calvin and hobbs…
If you had so much work to do how come you left work so early, skiver?!
well, stel, i personally hated the movie. but i have my own reasons….read my blog to see them – as i did not want to take up this huge part of your comment page!
I’ve never really played much baseball, although I do play in a softball league every year. I just love Houston (where I grew up) sports teams.
But there is something about being at the ballpark in the spring / summer, with the smell of the grass, warm sun, eating a hot dog and drinking a beer, that is really relaxing and enjoyable.
But aside from watching a game live, or on TV during the playoffs… baseball can be pretty boring, and the season is LONG.
I’ll explain baseball to you, if you’ll take the time to explain cricket. Now there is a game that makes no sense to me. What do you want to know?
