Is there a protocol as to when you can open your lai-sees and start using the $$?
at any rate i saved 'em all up and only opened the packets today
not bad for someone who didn't even spend CNY in HK.

err....i opened mine the next day after i got it and i spend it the day after.........and YOU SUCK!!!!!!! i didn't get that many
i hate admitting this - but it's all optics baby . that's actually all the lai sees i got, really spread out on the desk!!!
which is also why i decided to open them all up in a go - much more gratifying
