rant
1) i'm not wearing any makeup today. zilch. and i've been gleefully rubbing my eyes the whole day. it feels so liberating. guys won't understand this but it sucks when your eyes itch and you can't rub them for fear of smudging your makeup
2) you know how sometimes you really really look forward to something happening and all that anticipation builds up, but just before it actually happens you get chicken feet? you hesitate and start questioning if it is the best thing after all and whether you're making the right move? it ALWAYS happen to me and it sucks. ruins any kind of pleasure / excitment one could've derived from the whole thing
3) parents never mean what they say, especially when it comes to spending less time with them. "it's raining really hard outside... you don't have to come home, it's ok" yeah right. the second i walked in the door my mother broke into a huge grin. not that i mind - i love going home (really) but still... is all this civility necessary?
4) pigs rock and anne's the best. period
5) I WANT TO GO TO LONDON SOMEBODY FIND ME A TICKET!

stel, i totally know what you mean re: makeup - only that i don't normally wear any, so when i do, it drives me INSANE and i usually end up wiping it all off eventually. but you're spot on with the anticipation thing. kills me every time.
oh, and don't get me started on the parents....
Your blogs are kindova cross between joy luck club, ellen degeneres, and something else.. I can't quite put my finger on... but I really enjoy it. you're right, I never realise how constricting it must feel with makeup not being able to rub your eyes... Now you've taught me another way to bother girls at clubs....hehehe.
