question for you - i have a new colleague who sweats whenever he's stressed out and when he sweats he smells. the boy needs deodorant. i don't know how to break it to him though... any ideas? if i leave a can of RightGuard on his desk would he get it? and yes i do have to work with him quite frequently so it's not like i can just stop breathing everytime i see him...
unrelated song below. this has been playing in my head for a while

be straight up hahaha, tell me what the deal is. maybe it's just me but i'd seen alot of times being subtle can be insulting
can you ask another male coworker to break it to him?
ask another guy or his superior. or anonymously leave a note.
Tell him as politely as you can. I had to do that with this one classmate of mine. Had GOD AWFUL BREATH!!!! I finally told him that if he was gonna eat pork he had to brush his teeth afterwards. He appreciated it.
I am probably chiming in too late, but I'd say asking a male co-worker to broach the subject, without letting on that you, or anyone else, initiated it, is the method that will least embarrass the poor chap.
