  just got back from vacation and i'm having serious jet lag.  am
  WIDE AWAKE!  help.  want to get back to sleep but
  how???  worried about p's ties.  hmm.  maybe will watch
  some [E!]... their 101 most xx countdowns are usually pretty good at
  putting me to sleep
