• why is it that only 1-2 generations ago it was perfectly acceptable to have a kid in your early 20's, but when i heard that charlotte church is preggers at 21, i immediately thought "white trash"?

  i mean, who am i to decide when it's "the right time" for someone to become a parent?

  i
  guess my impression of the "voice of an angel" had already been tainted
  by accounts of her hard partying ways as a teenager... it felt wrong
  that the pure and angelic voice on the record that so captured my
  imagination belonged to a girl that passes out regularly from drinking, chain smokes and has a sewage for her mouth.

  but seriously. as long as she is happy i suppose.  she did say she's "delighted" about her pregnancy on her website.

  kids much later now, not education as touted by so many?  now
  who’s the hedonist?

  Hobbes was stuffing his
  face in my shoe again and after i shooed him off, I spotted a pool of
  drool on my shoe.  i have cat drool on my $400 shoe.
